What is Hypnosis?

You had probably experience hypnotic state known as 'trance'. Modern Science has shown that it is something we do everyday when our mind goes into autopilot - driving, watching tv, daydreaming etc. Hypnosis and hypnotherapy is the skills to bring the mind into that heightened state so that we  are ready to accept positive suggestions.
